Our mission is simple
Stronger Connections Keyworkers are early childhood specialists providing family centred, inclusive early intervention support via the ‘Key Worker’ model. Our goal is to build the knowledge, skills and abilities of the individuals who will spend the most time with your child in order to have as great an impact as possible on your child’s learning and development. We believe that every child regardless of their needs has the right to participate fully in their family and community life and to have the same choices, opportunities and experiences as other children.
Our Vision
That every child with developmental delay or disability has access to timely, high quality early Intervention that is guided by the principles of ‘best practice’. That families feel well connected and supported within their communities. That the individuals a child sees most work together with early intervention practitioners as active and equal partners to provide their children with opportunities to reach their full potential and participate meaningfully in home and community life.
We acknowledge and pay respects to the Yugambeh people of the Gold Coast and all their descendants both past and present. We also acknowledge the many Aboriginal people from other regions as well as Torres Strait and South Sea Islander people who now live in the local area and have made an important contribution to the community.
